BluePresent.com is open 24/7. We strive in making every attempt to get back to you ASAP.
What forms of payment do you accept...
We accept the following Credit Card Merchants:

Currently, we do not accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Please make sure to enter your exact billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Orders that do not include the exact billing address of the credit card will not be accepted.
How secure are transactions...
We use the Stronghold secure server, which is currently one of the best selling secure server software applications. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it arrives to us. For added security, the credit card number is encrypted when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to your merchant.
Can I order by phone...
Unfortunately, for security purposes we are only able to offer and guarantee secure orders through the internet processing via our secured store servers.
How do I know if my order was accepted and on its way...
Confirmation will be sent to you via email as soon as you place your order. The confirmation will contain the details of your purchase. By the way, thank you in advance. Once your package(s) have been shipped, another email will be sent with the package(s) tracking information, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
How can I track my shipment...
Good question! Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link where you can enter that number and track your shipment. The tracking page can also be accessed by clicking My Account/Order Status.
Are invoices included in the shipment...
Invoices are sent to the customer via email. If you you need to reprint a copy of your invoice you can do so by clicking My Account/Order Status.
What if I received damaged or defective merchandise...
If you believe a product was shipped in error from BluePresent.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at support@BluePresent.com within 72 hours. We must file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, or a full credit cannot be given. Please do not discard the original shipping carton since UPS will want to inspect it.
Can I cancel my order...
Because of our expedited packaging, invoicing, and shipment of orders, cancellations are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee if the order has not been shipped yet. Please take this into consideration before placing an order. To cancel an order before it has been shipped, please email us at support@BluePresent.com and type in the subject line "Cancellation". If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel your request.
